PROJECT DESCRIPTION
When the web team upgraded the University of Georgia College of Agriculture & Environmental Sciences content management system, over 500 content managers had to learn how to navigate the new interface and use the newly created components. I completed a learner analysis, task analysis, design and layout, and printed a training manual that could be used during face-to-face training sessions.
I presented a case study of this project at the National Extension Technology Community (NETC) conference in 2019.
